Allison Lofaro See, CEO
As CEO and President of Integrity Elite Events, LLC, Allison Lofaro See has developed a team who offers world-class event services. Having led the event services team at etouches™ for more than 15 years, she has personally worked on more than 5,000 events and conferences around the globe.

I have known Allison for over 15 years. From the moment she applied to my company for her first job out of college it was clear that she was a keeper. Her innate wish to help people and perform is clear in all that she does. Attention to detail, extreme customer service, ability to multi-task, able to think and react appropriately under pressure. These are the characteristics that took her from entry level to heading up event services at etouches. In my many years in the events industry I can say without equivocation that Allison is among the best of the best.

Marc DAgostini, Vice President, Business Development

Marc has 20 years of experience producing, marketing and selling conferences and trade shows across numerous industries. Prior to joining Integrity Elite Events, Marc worked for Third Door Media (SMX and MarTech), Internet World Trade Shows, and Oracle, producing Oracle OpenWorld and in the SAS Event Center. He has a strong track record of creating strong relationships with his clients, assisting them with every component of an event. From pre-event logistics, registration, exhibit hall sponsors, pre-show marketing to onsite customer service, Marc has proven to be a vital contributor to all aspects of an event whether it's a large trade show, internal marketing conference, small expo or seminar.

Lisa Daley, Vice President, Event Services
With over 10 years of event services experience, Lisa started at etouches as a registration and housing manager, and with a lot of hard work and dedication advanced to onsite Registration Lead, Technology Lead, Housing Lead and Meeting Planning. As VP of Event Services at IEE, her passion and leadership makes her a sought after team member with an innovative eye and meticulous attention to detail. A consummate professional, Lisa always keeps the process fun and pleasurable with her upbeat and warm personality.

Summer Dachenhausen, Senior Director, Client Relations
Summer is conscientious and professional, bringing dedication and an eye for detail to every event. Our customers have confidence in her ability to interact so well and executing customer service at the highest level. Summer's ability to compartmentalize allows her to manage a demanding workload, which includes managing lead retrieval services for the majority of IEE's clients. Part of the event servies industry for over 8 years, she continues to remain a reliable and essential part of the company.

Tara Kate Link, Senior Director, Registration & Housing
Tara graduated from Fordham University in Bronx, New York and received her B.S. in Business Administration. She comes from an eclectic background ranging from hospitality, sales, and marketing. Tara has been in the events industry for over five years and is well seasoned in housing management and customer service for several clients. Her favorite aspect of the business is connecting with people as she believes bringing quality service to her customers is a crucial component in the events industry.

Nicole Mazzella, Senior Director, Event Services
Since joining IEE in January 2014, Nicole’s strong work ethic, terrific customer service skills and attention to detail have positively impacted clients including Volkswagen, Audi and ICR. She really enjoys the traveling aspect of the event services industry and all of the people she gets to meet along the way, being a part of multiple work “families” that she gets to connect to onsite after months of phone calls and emails. When Nicole is not working, she can be found riding her bike down the South Bay, catching a baseball or hockey game with friends or spending time in Disney.

Bianca Mircica, Senior Director, Event Services
Throughout her professional experiences in teaching and sales/marketing within the digital media/tech space, Bianca has learned that her passions and strengths lie in customer service. Some of these characteristics include patience, caring, understanding, problem solving, relationship building, follow-through, and dedication - all skills that have served her clients well. Bianca’s interests outside of work include friends and family, dogs, dining out, music/concerts, traveling and anything outdoors; hiking, biking, running, beach, SUP, physique57, snowboarding and more! She is always energized and on the go looking for the next experience to challenge herself.

Kimberley Parker, Senior Director, Event Services
Kimberley has her Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management and has also studied the art of customer service in Switzerland. Kimberley's strengths include; organization, an unwavering commitment to customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships, resolve complex issues and win customer loyalty, Strategic-relationship/partnership-building skills -- listen attentively, solve problems creatively, and use tact and diplomacy to find common ground and achieve win-win outcomes.


Chrissy Weaver, Senior Director, Event Services
Chrissy is a passionate and driven individual with years of event experience. Chrissy has an in-depth knowledge of corporate events and event management software. With a "whatever it takes to get the job done" mindset and her determination to create a positive and memorable experience with each and every client, she is an integral part of the IEE team.
