Pre-Event Services

IEE can integrate with your current registration software, or help set you up with a new platform and provider. With experience in a number of registration platforms, we'll take the steps necessary to customize the experience to meet your event needs.

Make it easy for attendees to register and obtain answers with a responsive, well-managed customer service center. We take the time to understand all your event details in order to provide seamless event registration. And your attendees will get their answers fast - any call back or email response will take place within two business hours.

 Pre-event IEE will handle:

  • Registration form build out, including custom fields
  • Management of customer service center, including collaboration on FAQ document
  • List cleaning and maintenance to eliminate duplicates and spelling mistakes
  • VIP registration services for speakers, exhibitors and special guests
  • Automated confirmation emails; custom email messaging to registered attendees
  • Follow up on outstanding payments
  • Real-time custom reporting
  • Payment and refund processing
  • Badge creation and production

Onsite Services

Onsite we'll professionally manage and staff your registration desk to provide a smooth flow and solve any problems that arise. Your dedicated event services specialist will work with you every step of the way, from registration setup to badge creation to temporary staff training. 

 Onsite IEE will handle: 

  • Pre-con attendance with key client and vendor personnel
  • Registration desk setup and testing, working with contractor, AV and IT vendors
  • Guest check-in, including VIP check-in as needed
  • Conference handout management and distribution
  • New registration processing as well as name changes for badges
  • Onsite badge printing per client requirements
  • Daily reporting
  • Temporary personnel training and management
  • Validation and printing of program certificates
  • Session tracking
  • Deployment of attendee surveys and other closing communications
  • Post event reporting and reconciliation
